Cancellations

I ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice are usually charged at the full fee. Where possible, I will try to offer an alternative appointment in the same week.

Concessions

I have a limited number of concession spaces, depending on availability. If cost is a barrier, please feel welcome to ask - we can talk about what might be possible.

Booking & payment

After our initial call, if we agree to work together, I will send you a link to set up your account on my therapy portal, Therasee. You can then book sessions, pay online, track appointments and attend online video sessions - all in one place.

Are you LGBTQIA+ affirmative?

Yes. I aim to offer a queer-affirming, GSRD-affirmative and inclusive space where sexuality, gender, relationship diversity and identity can be explored with care and respect.

Are you neurodivergent-affirming?

Yes. I aim to work in a neuro-affirming way, respecting different nervous systems, communication styles, sensory needs and ways of relating.

The tender questions

What if I cry in session?
Tears are welcome. Crying often means that something important is being touched. I will not rush to fix it, stop it or move you away from what you are feeling. We can stay with what is there together, gently and at your pace.
What if I feel ashamed or embarrassed?
Many people bring things to therapy that feel tender, messy or hard to say out loud. Shame often softens when it is met with warmth, care and understanding rather than judgement. You do not have to present a polished version of yourself here.
What if I do not feel comfortable with you?
The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the work. If something does not feel right, I welcome you telling me. These conversations can often become a meaningful part of therapy. If we decide I am not the right therapist for you, I can support you in thinking about what kind of help might feel more suitable.
